“ Awesome little joint in the east village. Swung by to catch up with a friend and enjoyed the meal greatly. She got apple pumpkin pancakes (a seasonal item) she thoroughly enjoyed, while I got a kielbasy sandwich with fries. Service was friendly and we weren't rushed at all, which was a welcome change from some other places nearby. Ambiance is casual and homey. Awesome low-key spot for a solid Polish (or diner) meal. Would return! ”

“ I came here for lunch after church around 1:30 with 3 others. Upon looking at the menu today, I knew an entree would be too much. One of my table mates and I split a mixed 8pc pierogi. I also ordered a cup of their lentil soup. In hindsight, while very good, I didn't need to order because another dining campaign shared his cheese blintz and gave me half of his potato pancake. The potato pancake was crispy. The perogies (cheese, spinach, potato) were all flavorful. Service was professional and patient, especially with one other dining companion who had difficulty with her hearing. ”
